Please be ready 2 hours before your appointment time.
Our goal is to get you to the dialysis center no earlier than 45 minutes before your appointment.
We aim to collect you 30 minutes to an hour after your dialysis session. This allows your nurse to ensure you’re ready for travel.
If you prefer to make your own way to the dialysis center but need assistance getting home, we can arrange transport for your return journey.
For transportation to other medical appointments, please contact our transport department to book your journey.
You may travel with a friend or relative only if you have special care needs. Please contact us if you have additional care needs.
All our vehicles are clean, safe, smoke-free, and suited to your mobility needs.
Our drivers and staff are dedicated to maintaining your dignity and providing helpful, polite service.
We strive to have the same driver and route for all your dialysis transport journeys, although occasional changes may occur.
Drivers will ensure you are properly secured with seatbelts or wheelchair restraints, assist you in and out of the vehicle, and escort you to and from the dialysis center or your home.
If you feel unwell during the journey, inform your driver immediately for assistance. All our drivers are trained in first aid.
We aim to provide prompt service and will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
